Garlic flakes are dried thin slices of garlic that retain their typical pungent taste and strong aroma. They are a practical alternative to fresh garlic and rehydrate easily during cooking. Suitable for soups, sauces, meat and vegetable dishes, marinades or baked meals, where they add intense flavor and aroma without the need to peel and chop fresh cloves.
