Thai curry type is an aromatic spice blend inspired by traditional Thai cuisine, combining a mildly spicy, aromatic, and exotic flavor. It is especially suitable for Thai vegetable, meat, and fish dishes, as well as coconut and curry sauces. The blend gives dishes the typical aroma of Southeast Asia and harmoniously balances the sweet, spicy, and seasoned notes characteristic of Thai cuisine.
