Oolong is a hybrid between green and black tea. Fermentation occurs but is stopped as soon as the leaves begin to change color. It is very popular in China and Taiwan and the first mentions of it can be traced back about 400 years. Its taste is pleasantly sweet.
Use - 1 / rinse the teapot with boiling water. 2 / Put an adequate amount of tea in the kettle and pour boiling water over it. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. 3 / tea can be used several times. The use of a teapot for infusion will significantly increase the taste experience.
