Ayuko Noodle Soba 300 g
Soba is Japanese for buckwheat. More
The soba noodles are light brown in colour and have a nutty taste. You can serve them in soups, with sauces, but they are also popular cold.
Preparation: drop into boiling water and cook for about 4-6 minutes. Rinse the cooked ones in cold water. When ready, add to your favourite dishes.
Ingredients: wheat flour, buckwheat flour, water, salt. May contain traces of oats and eggs.
