Made from buckwheat flour, soba noodles are high in fibre and popular for their lightness and nutritional value. Prepare an authentic Japanese dish that will delight all your senses.

Preparation: drop into boiling water and cook for about 4-6 minutes. Rinse the cooked ones in cold water. When ready, add to your favourite dishes.
