Panang curry has a softer and sweeter taste than other Thai curries. A delicious blend of lemon grass, shallots, galangal and shrimp paste makes Mae Ploy Panang paste the perfect base for your curry. Add coconut milk and beef. It does not contain artificial ingredients and therefore fits perfectly into a healthy diet.
Instructions for preparation - mix 50 g of curry paste with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat gently for about 1 minute. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and mix for about 1 minute. Add 200 g of your favorite meat, kaffir lime leaves and cook until soft. Taste and taste according to your preferences. Serve with rice. To make the curry softer, use only 25g of paste.
