Ready mix for preparing Singaporean fried coconut rice Nasi Lemak. This mix makes it easy to prepare a traditional, aromatic dish with a coconut base, perfect for lovers of Asian cuisine.

Ingredients: 40% coconut powder, coconut, water, glucose syrup, E471, E340, E551, maltodextrin, salt, soybean oil, E407, E341

Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. In a pot, mix 500g of uncooked rice, package contents, 670ml of water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
2. Bring to a boil and mix once. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes and stir. Garnish and serve hot with boiled eggs, fish or chicken.
