A mix for the preparation of traditional Indian Biryani Rice rice.
Ingredients: Soybean oil, onion, mint, shallot, coriander, salt, garlic, ginger, chilli, herbs and spices, cayenne pepper, ground turmeric, cumin, E330 acid regulator.
No colorants, no preservatives, no glutamate added.

Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. Marinate 250g of sliced chicken breasts in 50ml of white yogurt for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or oil in a pan. Add marinated meat and fry for 1 minute. Then set aside.
3. Put 220ml of water, 220g of basmati rice, a quarter tablespoon of turmeric, the contents of the package and bring to a boil in a pot.
4. Add the set aside and simmer slowly with the lid for 15 minutes. Then let it rest for 10 minutes.
You can use mint, raisins or nuts as the garnish. Serve hot.
