Traditional Asian spice on Marinade perfect for pork. Marinade sweet taste is made by simply stirring spices in a mug of water.
Ingredients: sugar, salt, hydrolyzed vegetables protein (soybean, corn, maltodextrin), spices (star anise, cinnamon), anti-caking agent:E341, flavouring, colouring:E160c.

Preparation: Cut 1,2 kg pork in thin , long stripes. Dissolve the content of one pouch (100g) in 240 ml of water. Put the pork in marinade and leave for 2-3 hours. Fry the meat for 20 minutes at 200° C. You can also grill or roast it. Serve as starter or side dish with chop suey, fried noodles and fried rice.
