Ingredients (2 servings)
- wheat noodles 250 g
- chicken 250 g
- vegetables 1 cup
- light soy sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
- oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- rice vinegar 1 tsp
- sugar and salt 1 tsp sugar
- oil 2 tbsp
- starch 1 tsp
- chilli to taste
- sesame to garnish
Method
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse briefly.
- Slice the chicken thinly.
- Mix light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and rice vinegar. For a glossy sauce, add starch mixed with a splash of water.
- Heat a wok or pan, add oil and sear the chicken quickly.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
- Add noodles, pour in the sauce and toss fast until evenly coated.
- Adjust with chilli and finish with sesame.
