🍗 Recipe: Chinese sweet and sour chicken with pineapple
A homestyle version of the famous sweet and sour chicken. Crispy pieces, juicy pineapple and a glossy sauce.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 150 g pineapple
- 3 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp starch
- garlic 2 cloves
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and lightly coat with starch.
