Spice mix for preparing the sauce for traditional Cantonese lemon chicken. This spice mix allows you to create an authentic Cantonese lemon sauce, perfect for chicken dishes. Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Lactose, Brown Sugar, Pickled Lemon (Lemon, Salt, Citric Acid) (5%), Thickener (Modified Tapioca Starch), Acid Regulator (Malic Acid), Salt.

Instructions for preparing 3 servings
1. Wrap the chicken 450g pieces in egg and corn flour.
Instead of chicken, you can use seafood (shrimp or calamari) or fish.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick wok or pan and fry the chicken over a high heat.
3. Mix the contents of the package with two tablespoons of water and mix with the chicken.
Garnish with slices of lemon, lime or spring onion.
4. The sauce is also suitable as a dip for spring rolls or salad dressing.
To make a dip or topping, mix with the contents of the package 1 tablespoon of water.
