Ashoka Instant Matar Paneer (Tofu) is a delicious vegetarian dish that combines tofu with peas (matar) in an aromatic, spicy sauce. This dish is ideal for lovers of Indian cuisine who prefer tofu as a substitute for traditional paneer. The sauce is full of flavour thanks to spices such as cumin, coriander, ginger, garam masala and other Indian spices that create a rich and balanced flavour profile.

Ingredients: water, tomatoes, onion, green peas 19%, tofu 11% (soybeans, water, citric acid, salt), tomato paste, ginger, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, garlic, watermelon seeds, salt, cumin, red chilli, green chilli, mango powder, bay leaf, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, dried fenugreek leaf.

Allergens- Nuts, soya. Made in a facility that processes hazelnuts, peanuts, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 24H.

Preparation Instructions- Place contents of bag in a bowl heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Delicious with jasmine rice or Indian breads. You can sprinkle cashew nuts or roasted sesame seeds on the finished dish for a better experience. Add fresh coriander or other herbs of your choice.
