Ingredients: Water, basmati rice 22%, onion, potato, red beans 8%, tomatoes, sunflower oil, tomato paste, green chilli, salt, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chilli powder, Roman cumin, spices (SEZAM) , turmeric powder, E100.

Allergens- Sesame. Made in a facility that processes hazelnuts, peanuts, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 24H.

Preparation Instructions- Place contents of bag in a bowl heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, serve.
