Lee Kum Kee is one of the most famous and oldest brands of Chinese sauces and condiments, founded in 1888 in China. The company was founded when its founder, Lee Kum Sheung, accidentally discovered oyster sauce, which led to the creation of the now global brand.
Lee Kum Kee is headquartered in Hong Kong and has manufacturing facilities in China, Malaysia and the United States. The brand offers a wide range of products, including soy sauces, oyster sauces, hoisin sauces and other traditional Asian condiments.
