Sempio Soybean paste Ssamjang 250 g

Sempio Ssamjang is a Korean fermented paste made from soybeans, chilli and garlic. It is an integral part of Korean cuisine, especially in grilling. It is used as a sauce for leaf wraps (ssam), but also as a dip or seasoning. It has a rich, spicy-salty flavour with a slightly sweetish undertone.

Ingredients: water, wheat flour, corn syrup, soya, salt, spices (red chilli powder, water, salt, garlic powder, onion powder), alcohol, brown sugar, garlic, wheat extract, roasted sesame, garlic oil, koji, ginger extract.

Allergens: soy, gluten, sesame.

Protect from the sun. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
