Surasang Hot sauce with Kimchi base 453 g

Surasang hot sauce with kimchi base is a distinctive Korean sauce that combines the spiciness of chili with the complex fermented flavor of kimchi. It contains traditional ingredients such as gochugaru chilli paste, garlic and ginger to create a rich, spicy and aromatic profile inspired by classic kimchi.

Great as a seasoning for stir-fry dishes, meat, tofu, noodles, rice or as a dip. Great for fresh vegetables. For a mixture of 230 g of vegetables, use 60 g of sauce and stir.

Once opened, store in the fridge.

Ingredients- Water, sugar, corn syrup, dried red pepper powder, pear extract, salt, red pepper paste (soy, wheat), onion, garlic, apple extract, ginger, sodium L-glutamate, citric acid. xanthan gum, disodium 5-inosinate.
