Spice blend for preparing traditional Singaporean Laksa noodles. This spice mix is perfect for making an aromatic, spicy soup with rice noodles, coconut milk, and bold, flavorful spices that are characteristic of this popular Asian dish.
Ingredients: Galangal, salt, sugar, shallots, soybean oil, lemon grass, turmeric, shrimp paste.
Without glutamate, added dyes and preservatives.

Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add 250g of chicken or shrimp and the contents of the package, simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Add 330ml of coconut milk and 220ml of water, uncovered simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot with noodles. Garnish with 100g of soy sprouts.
