Preparation: Chow Mein Noodles
. 1 packet Cantonese Chow Mein Spice paste
. 3 tbsp vegetables oil
. 200 g (7 oz) dried egg noodles (to soften noodles follow pack instruction)
. 200 g (7 oz) sliced meat or sea food (prawns, squid/calamari or mussels
. 100g (3,5 oz) a combination of shredded cabbage and carrot
. Thinly sliced spring onion or red chillies strips
Step 1. Heat oil in non-stick wok on medium heat.
Step 2. Add meat or sea food and vegetables; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3.Add noodles and Spice Paste; stir-fry for 5 minutes until cooked. Garnish
