Instructions for preparing 3 servings
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick wok or pan over a medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and 250g prawns, sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add 150g of rice noodles and package contents. Stir for 2 minutes. Push the mixture to one side of the wok.
4. Add the eggs, fry for 1 minute and stir the eggs into the noodles. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and sauté for another minute.
Serve hot.
