Pandanus leaf extract is extracted from the long, green leaves of the tropical pandanus plant. It is mainly used in Asian cuisine as a natural aromatic ingredient. It has a slightly sweet, vanilla and nutty aroma, reminiscent of almond or rice desserts. It is mainly used in the preparation of sweets, desserts, drinks or flavoured rice.
