Thai oyster sauce Maekrua is a thick dark brown sauce with a distinctive taste and a high proportion of high quality oyster extract. This sauce is ideal for preparing authentic Asian dishes such as stir-fry, noodles or meat. Thanks to its intense flavour, it enriches any dish and adds a unique depth to it.

Ingredients: oysters 45%, water, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, preservative E202.
