Mix for preparing traditional Chow Mein fried noodles. A blend of soy sauce, onion, and garlic flavors, perfect for quickly making this popular Asian dish.

Ingredients: corn starch, onion, salt, SOY sauce powder (SOY BEANS, WHEAT), sugar, mushroom powder, flavor enhancer: E621, SOY beans oil, shallots, ginger, garlic, red pepper.

Instructions for preparation - Mix the contents of the bag with 250 ml of hot water and mix until smooth. Season and stir into the noodles.
