It combines the mild spiciness of chillies with a balanced sweetness that comes from sugar and other ingredients, making it ideal for a wide range of dishes. This sauce is great on grilled meats, in Asian dishes, as a dip or as a condiment for salads and sandwiches.

Ingredients: water, sugar syrup, chilli mash 15% (chilli 73%, water, salt, acid: acetic acid), sugar, salt, lime juice concentrate, garlic, stabiliser: xanthan gum, light paprika, colour: paprika extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, acid: citric acid.
