✨ Golden Turtle Chef round rice paper for fresh rolls and crisp snacks

These round rice paper sheets (22 cm) are a versatile pantry staple for Vietnamese-style summer rolls, spring rolls, and quick appetizers. Once softened, they become pliable and easy to wrap; when fried or air-fried, they can turn deliciously crisp.

Use them as a neutral base that lets your fillings shine—fresh herbs, crunchy veg, noodles, tofu, shrimp, or leftover roast meats. A quick dip in warm water is usually all it takes before rolling, and the generous round size makes wrapping neat and secure.

✅ Key features

  • Large 22 cm rounds make it easier to roll fuller portions without tearing
  • Great for both fresh rolls and crispy fried rolls, depending on the texture you want
  • Neutral base that pairs well with bold dipping sauces (peanut, chilli-lime, fish-sauce style)
  • Handy for using up leftovers: mix-and-match proteins, herbs, and crunchy vegetables
  • Works well for party platters—roll ahead and keep covered to prevent drying out

🍽️ How to use

  • Summer rolls: fill with rice noodles, lettuce, mint, cucumber, and your choice of protein; serve with peanut dip
  • Crispy rolls: roll tightly, seal the edge, then fry or air-fry until golden; serve with sweet chilli sauce
  • Snack “chips”: cut sheets into triangles and fry briefly for quick dipping crackers
  • Make-ahead tip: place finished rolls on a damp towel and cover to keep them soft until serving
