✨ Golden Turtle Chef rice paper squares for fresh rolls and crispy bites

These rice paper squares are a handy pantry staple for light, clean-tasting wraps with a pleasantly chewy bite once softened. The square shape makes them easy to fold into neat parcels—great when you want consistent portions for sharing platters or lunchboxes.

Use by briefly dipping a sheet in warm water until pliable, then fill with herbs, crunchy veg, tofu, shrimp, or cooked meats. You can enjoy them fresh as summer rolls, or fold tighter and cook for a crisp finish in the pan, oven, or air fryer.

✅ Key features

  • Square sheets are easier to fold into tidy envelopes and snack-size parcels than round wrappers
  • Neutral flavor lets your fillings shine—fresh herbs, dipping sauces, and marinades stand out
  • Works for both fresh rolls and cooked versions (crisp outside, tender inside)
  • Quick to use: a short soak is usually enough, then assemble right on a damp board or towel
  • Ideal for portion control and party platters—uniform shapes help rolls look consistent

🍽️ How to use

  • Fresh rolls: fill with lettuce, rice noodles, cucumber, mint, and a dip like peanut or chili sauce
  • Crispy parcels: fold around minced veg and protein, then pan-fry until golden on both sides
  • Appetizer bites: cut fillings small, roll tight, and serve with a tangy lime-fish sauce style dip
  • Dessert twist: wrap banana or mango with a little coconut, then lightly crisp and dust with sugar
