Enjoy traditional Indian Delhi lentil curry with fragrant Bombay Biryani rice. A convenient ready-made meal full of flavor that only needs to be heated and served – ideal for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients: Delhi lentils 60% (water, black lentils urad dal 5.5%, onion 3%, coconut milk, sunflower oil, red kidney beans 3%, tomato paste 1.7%, cashew nuts, salt, ginger, coriander leaves, garlic paste, red chili powder, spices, green chili paste, turmeric, ground cardamom, cinnamon, cloves), cooked Bombay Biryani 40% (basmati rice 12%, vegetables (potatoes, carrots, green peas, beans), onions, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, tomato paste, ginger, mint leaves, green chili paste, spices, coloring: E100).

Allergens: cashew nuts

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Preparation instructions: Microwave: Make a small cut in the top of the bag. Place the bag upright in the microwave and heat on high for 1.5 minutes. Remove and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Alternatively, pour the contents of the bag into a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 1.5 minutes. On the stove: Pour the contents of the bag into a pot and heat gently. Do not boil to avoid losing the delicate flavors. Stir and serve. Another option is to immerse the unopened bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Open and serve.
