Ashoka Instant Baighan Bharta is a traditional Indian dish that offers the unique taste of grilled aubergines (baighan) mixed with tomatoes, onions and aromatic spices. Originally from the North Indian region, this dish is known for its rich and smoky flavour, which is achieved by roasting the aubergine and then mixing it with spices such as cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic.

Ingredients: Aubergine 39%, onion, tomatoes, sunflower oil, tomato paste, coriander, green chilli, coriander powder, salt, garlic, cumin, corn starch, chilli powder, turmeric, sugar. Made in a factory that processes hazelnuts, peanuts, soya, mustard and sesame seeds.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 24H.

Preparation Instructions- Place contents of bag in a bowl heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Excellent with naan bread, chapati or as a side dish. Add fresh coriander or other herbs of your choice.
