Pappadums, thin flatbreads with garlic flavor, are a traditional side dish in countries like India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. These garlic pappadums pair wonderfully with chutney or Indian curry. Typically, they are fried or baked at high temperatures, but Swad pappadums can be easily prepared in the microwave in just 30 seconds.

Ingredients: Office flour (vigna mungo) 77%, water, garlic 7%, salt, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, corn oil. This product may contain traces of sulphites, eggs, nuts, mustard, sesame, milk.

Preparation instructions - Use the maximum power for 30 seconds in the microwave oven. In a pan, fry each side in warm oil for 10 seconds, allow to drip and serve. Grill on each hot grill for 15 seconds until bubbles form and the bread turns light brown.

Storage - Store in a dry place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 15 days.
