Traditional Teriyaki sauce. A classic Japanese sauce, great for grilled dishes and adds a typical Japanese flavour to dishes.

Ingredients- Water, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY BEANS, WHEAT [SPEAK], salt), sucrose, fructose syrup, alcohol vinegar, corn starch, salt, mirin (glucose syrup, water, alcohol 0.1%, rice, corn syrup, sea salt), alcohol 0.6%, acidity regulator: citric acid, stabiliser: xanthan gum, colour: caramel, smoke flavour.

Allergens - soya, gluten

Preparation instructions: the sauce is particularly suitable for marinating grilled, fried and roasted meat, for flavouring meat dishes, juices, sauces, dressings and oriental dishes. It is excellent in Asian noodles and rice dishes. Shake the container, pour an appropriate amount of sauce into the bowl with the meat and marinate for an hour, then fry the meat and finally coat the fried meat with the sauce.

Store in a dry place.
