Dried and smoked tuna which gives the dish a unique taste and aroma. It is used, among other things, to prepare dashi fish broth, to sprinkle, for example, sushi, rice and also okonomiyaki cakes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
