Mama Sita's Sauce for rice noodles Pansit Bihon 40 g

The Filipino dish pancit bihon is traditionally made from pile rice noodles with vegetables, meat or fish. Make your own bihon and flavor your dish with Mama Sita's Pansit Bihon mix, which contains spicy garlic, onion, white pepper and a pinch of sugar. Your pancit bihon gets the typical sweet and spicy flavor that is very popular in the Philippines.

Preparation Instructions- In 1 tablespoon of oil, saute 1 garlic and 1 onion. Add 350 peeled shrimp, chicken or fish and saute for 3 minutes. Add the contents of this packet dissolved in 500 ml of water. Bring to the boil. Add 300 g of various vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, add 227 g of noodles (Pansit Bihon) and cook until all is done, add more water if needed.

Ingredients- Soy powder (Soy, wheat, salt, dextrin), corn starch, iodized salt, flavour enhancer: E621, E631, E627, cane sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, colour: E150a.
