Nam pla wan is a traditional Thai sauce made from palm sugar, fish sauce and chilli. Excellent with sour fruits such as green mango. It offers a flavour mix of sweet, salty and spicy.

Ingredients: palm sugar, dried prawns, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), water, shallots, chilli. May contain traces of molluscs.
