Easy and simple sauce for making Pad Thai noodles.
Preparation- Fry onions or shallots, add tofu, chicken or shrimp, turnips, shrimp and then eggs. Add rice noodles, pad Thai spices, chives and bean sprouts. Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve.
