S&B Yakiniku BBQ Seasoning Mix is a delicious blend of spices designed for the preparation of traditional Japanese Yakiniku, which is grilled meat served with a tasty sauce. This blend combines a balanced combination of spices such as garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame and other aromatic ingredients to give the meat an intense, delicious flavour with a subtle hint of umami.

Ingredients: Sugar , soy sauce powder (wheat, salt, soybeans), dextrin, salt, ground sesame, garlic, spices, tomato powder, yeast extract, calcium carbonate, onion powder, roasted sesame, ginger, silica

Allergens: Soy, Wheat, Sesame.

Instructions for preparation- Mix contents of bag with one tablespoon of oil. Apply the resulting mixture to beef steaks on both sides. Enough for approximately 4 steaks weighing 170g.
