Seasoning mix for preparing traditional Indian Tikka Masala curry sauce. This blend provides an authentic taste with a balance of mild spiciness and creamy texture, perfect for making meat or vegetarian dishes.

Ingredients: tomato puree, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, coriander, chilli, sandwich, cumin, spice, pepper extract, turmeric.

Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. Marinate 450g of sliced chicken breast for 10 minutes in 50ml of white yogurt and the contents of the package.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the chopped larger onion, stirring until soft. Add marinated meat and
fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add 110ml of water and bring to a boil. Stew for 15 minutes or until the meat is soft.
Serve with naan bread or rice. Serve hot.
