British brand Laila

Laila is a British brand specialising in high quality rice and Asian food, founded in 1996. It is owned by Surya Foods, one of the largest importers and distributors of ethnic foods in the UK.

The Laila brand is particularly well known for its basmati rice, which it imports from areas of India and Pakistan. In addition, it offers other types of rice such as jasmine, long grain and parboiled rice, and is expanding its range to include pulses, flours and other ingredients used in Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
