A blend of traditional Filipino dessert.
Ingredients: wheat flour, whey powder, raising agents E500, E541, iodized salt, emulsifier E471, vanilla aroma. May contain trace amounts of eggs.
Allergens- Cereals, milk.
Instructions - wipe the muffin molds with butter or margarine. Mix one cup of water with one bag of the mixture. Stir until smooth, add half a cup of sugar and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil gradually. Stir until smooth without lumps. Place in the prepared muffin mold to about one third of the height. Put in the steamer for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, honey, coconut cream or sweetened condensed milk. They are also popular with cheese.
