Coconut creamer is a dried coconut oil suitable for coffee, for the preparation of cocktails, fruit smoothies or for the preparation of savory and sweet desserts. It does not contain gluten, casein or lactose and is suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: Coconut oil (50%), dried glucose syrup, emulsifier: E 472e (vegetable origin), stabilizer: potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silica.
Instructions for use - add 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture to a cup of hot drink and mix. Use a mixer or shaker to prepare a cold drink.
