Rice noodles - Sagiang

Rice pasta is becoming more and more popular. Thanks to excellent digestibility and absence of gliadin, they are recommended as a diet for patients with celiac disease and gluten allergy. They can be used as well as wheat pasta, as a side dish, for baking or salad.
