Thailand is a land of delicious curries. A delicious blend of lemon grass, garlic, shallots, galangal and other spices makes Mae Ploy yellow curry paste the perfect base for your curry. Add coconut milk and fresh ingredients such as shrimp, fish, meat or vegetables. It does not contain artificial ingredients and therefore fits very well into a healthy diet.
Ingredients: lemon grass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, dried red chilli, coriander seeds, kaffir lime peel, cumin, cinnamon, mace, turmeric, cardamom.
Preparation- 1 / Add 50 g of paste to 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix. Add 400ml of coconut milk and mix. 2 / Add 200g of meat and bring to a boil. 3 / Add 200g of potatoes and cook until soft. 5 / Flavor to taste. If you want a finer curry, use only 25g of paste.
