A mixture for the preparation of traditional Thai soup Tom Ka. Very popular in different variants. Tom Ka is less spicy than Tom Yum with a significant proportion of coconut milk.
Preparation instructions- Add 225 ml of coconut milk to about 200 ml of boiling water and bring to the boil. Add 50g of paste 115g of chicken and vegetables to taste. Add 15 g of sugar and cook on low heat until the meat is soft.
Ingredients: 20% salt, 20% sugar, 17% galangal, 17% lemon grass, 14% refined soybean oil, 5% chilli, Mauritius paprika bark, sodium glutamate (E621) as flavor enhancer, citric acid (E330) as acidity regulator
