Tocino was originally Spanish food and a very popular breakfast. It is made from marinated pork, which is similar to bacon. Marinate the meat with Tocino Marinade Mix and bake or grill until crispy. The marinade gives the tocino a beautiful red color and a sweet spicy taste.
Preparation instructions - Cut 0.5 kg of meat and mix with the contents of the package. Marinate for at least 5 minutes, optimally 1 hour. Bake or grill until crispy.
Traditional preparation - Put the marinated meat on a wok, add a small amount of water and cook until the water boils. The meat releases its own fat in which you fry the meat.
