This fish sauce, made by natural fermentation from anchovies, is a popular part of Asian cuisine. Its rich and intense flavour is ideal for flavouring soups, curries, marinades or sauces. It complements noodle dishes, fried food or rice dishes. Thanks to its versatility, it finds a place in traditional recipes as well as when experimenting with new flavours. Suitable for anyone who wants to add an authentic touch of Asian gastronomy to their dishes.

Fish sauce is made from fresh anchovies and salt and gives the food a salty flavor,
