Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish known since the 7th century. It is a spicy salad made from pickled and fermented vegetables. It is served as a side dish for everyday meals.
Ingredients: salt, chilli powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, sugar, onion, ginger powder, dried shrimps, acidity regulator: E330, white sesame seeds.
Allergens- Shrimp, sesame.
Instructions for use- Wash one head of Chinese cabbage (1 kg), cut it in half and cut out the stem. Wash 3 green onions, 50 g of carrots and 100 g of Chinese beets and cut everything into small pieces. Divide the kimchi seasoning mixture and the vegetables in half and evenly layer between the cabbage leaves of the Chinese cabbage halves. Place the filled cabbage in a container, seal tightly and leave to rest overnight at room temperature. Cut the two halves of softened cabbage into pieces, place in a microtene bag and refrigerate for two nights. After two days, you can serve the chilled kimchi. Kimchi can be stored in the refrigerator for a month.
