Instructions for preparation- Fry 450g of meat and 600g of various vegetables all cut into small pieces over a medium heat. Add 540ml and simmer under a lid until everything is soft. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the broken curry paste. Stir for approximately 5 minutes until the paste is completely dissolved.
