High quality short-grain rice, ideal for making sushi. When cooked, it has a sticky texture that makes it easy to shape sushi and combine ingredients perfectly. The rice is easy to work with and creates the perfect texture for authentic sushi.

Uses:
Suitable for making all types of sushi, including nigiri, maki, temaki and dishes such as onigiri. Its stickiness makes it ideal for shaping and serving sushi.

Use. Boil 2 cups of rice in 2 1/4 cups of water. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool in a covered container for 15 minutes before using.
