Seasoning mix for preparing traditional Indian butter sauce Murgh Makhani. This blend features a mix of spices that give the sauce its signature rich yet mildly spiced flavor, perfect for preparing chicken in a creamy butter sauce.

Ingredients: crushed tomatoes, soybean oil, onion, garlic, salt, chilli sugar, coriander, brandy vinegar. ginger, herbs and spices, cayenne pepper, acidity regulator E330.

Instructions for preparing 4 servings:

1. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a pot to medium temperature; add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add 110ml of tomato puree or diced tomatoes, 110ml of water, 110ml of cream and package contents.
3. Add 450g of sliced roast pork or chicken, uncovered sauté over low heat for 20 minutes,
or until the contents thicken.
4. Add cream or yogurt and serve hot.
