Seasoning mix for preparing traditional Indian Madras curry sauce. This blend offers a balanced combination of spicy and aromatic flavors that define the Madras sauce. Perfect for making meat or vegetarian curry dishes.

Ingredients: soybean oil, shallot, garlic, salt, chilli, lemon grass, mustard, sandwich, turmeric, cumin, coriander.

Instructions for preparing 4 servings
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the chopped larger onion and the contents of the package. Fry for 1 minute.
2. Add 350g of sliced chicken and two sliced potatoes. Fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add 440ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat under a lid. Stir occasionally.
Serve. Serve hot.
