✨ Lobo Khao Soi curry noodle paste for rich Northern Thai-style noodles 🍜

This prepared mix helps you make Khao Soi (Kao Soi) at home—the comforting Northern Thai-style curry noodle soup known for its warm curry aroma and creamy, coconut-forward character. It’s a handy shortcut when you want deep, rounded flavour without building a spice base from scratch.

Use it as the seasoning foundation for your broth: combine with coconut milk and stock, then add your choice of protein and noodles. Finish with fresh toppings for contrast—something crunchy, something tangy, and a little heat—to get that classic Khao Soi balance.

✅ Key features

  • Speeds up Khao Soi night: one paste brings the core curry flavour together quickly
  • Great for small households or trying a new dish—50 g is an easy, low-commitment size
  • More specific than a generic “curry paste”: designed for the Khao Soi-style soup profile
  • Flexible heat and richness: adjust with extra coconut milk, stock, or chilli to match your taste
  • Works beyond noodles too—use as a flavour base for quick curries or stir-fry sauces

🍽️ How to use

  • Make a creamy noodle soup with coconut milk + stock, then add cooked egg noodles and your preferred protein
  • Top like a pro: pickled greens or a squeeze of lime for tang, crispy noodles/onions for crunch, and chilli oil for heat
  • Turn leftovers into a curry bowl: spoon the broth over steamed rice with vegetables
  • Use a small amount to season roasted vegetables (pumpkin, potatoes, cauliflower) for a Khao Soi-inspired side
