A mixture for the preparation of traditional Thai soup Tom Ka. Very popular in various variants. Tom Ka is less spicy than Tom Yum with a significant proportion of coconut milk.
Instructions for preparation - Add 225 ml of coconut milk to about 200 ml of boiling water and bring to a boil. Add 50g of paste 115 g of chicken and vegetables to taste. Add 15 g of sugar and cook over low heat until the meat is tender.
